Very family friendly, with 2 sets of bunk beds in the children's room and 2 cots available. Other children's facilities include a high chair, play pen and a drawing table. The pool is fenced making it ideal for families with young children, and measures 8m x 4m.
The house covers approximately 200 square metres and consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs is a large kitchen/diner and an even larger living room with dining table. There is also a downstairs toilet.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, grill, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. For al fresco dining on the terrace there is a BBQ along with table and chairs. The terrace looks down over the swimming pool, and is partially shaded.
Puimisson is a pretty village, located a 10 minute drive from Beziers, near to the Faugeres wine growing region. In the village you will find a cafe/bar, a baker, a butcher, and a newsagent. The nearest large supermarket with petrol is approximately a 5 minute drive, and the market comes to Puimisson twice a week.

Short breaks available in low season only (please enquire), otherwise minimum stay is 7 nights.
Rental rates include all utilities, pool maintenance, bed linen and bath towels. Also included is end of stay cleaning but the property has to be left in reasonable condition. 30% of rental is required to confirm booking. There is a refundable damage deposit of €300 payable with balance.
For winter stays, i.e. November - March, there could be a small extra charge to cost in relation to electricity/heating readings recorded during the stay.
