Here we meet English winemaker Jonathan and his wife Rachel who run Domaine TreloarFor this trip we head south, deep into the Rouissilon wine making country.
An informative 'how wine is made' tour with a walk through the vineyards is followed by a tutored tasting. The tour and tasting are held in an informal manner so everyone feels relaxed and comfortable asking questions. See the winery containing the old foudres (huge barrels), and the artwork dispay.
This is followed by a home cooked 3 course 'winemakers lunch', cooked with fresh local ingredients. (special diets catered for)
