We offer property management services which are fully registered with the Chambre de Metiers in Beziers.    

Our high standards ensure your property is spic and span for your new guests, and we'll be a valuable point of contact whilst they are here.

A thorough clean to include:

Kitchen work surfaces and hob, bathroom and toilet cleaned, floors vacuumed/swept and mopped, furniture polished, mirrors cleaned, patio swept and beds stripped and made up ready for next guests. Washing of bed linen and towels charged extra. Ironing, if required, an extra cost.

If you want us to do an inventory we will quote individually - price depends on how much stuff you have!

Welcome Packs

Offer your guests the convenience of a welcome pack, prices from just 15 euros to include: 1 litre fresh milk, 1 carton orange juice, coffee, 4 croissants, 1 baguette, butter and jam, 1 bottle of water.

Something special? If you want to provide your guests with a bunch of fresh flowers or a bottle of bubbly we can arrange that, just let us know in advance.

Meet and greet

From 20 euros

A friendly face upon arrival! We will meet your guests at your property, handing over the key if necessary and show them around. At the end of the stay we'll ensure your property is locked up securely.

Bike hire

From 60 euros per week

Delivered to your property ready for your guests use. Outside of Berges du Canal we rent bicycles on a weekly basis only.

Property Maintenance

Light DIY jobs, painting, decorating, tiling etc, please contact us for a quote, no job too small.

Personal Shopping

No, not buying your wife's Christmas present but we understand when time is short and the sun is shining the last thing you want is having to spend hours in Castorama or Darty sourcing a new washing machine/shower door etc. We'll pick up the item for you, and fit it if necessary. Hourly rate applies
