Upon entering the house you walk past the magnificent staircase into a large open plan living/dining area and kitchen. There is a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a well equipped kitchen (cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher). Patio doors lead to the covered terrace with BBQ and outdoor dining furniture. The enclosed garden features a pool measuring 6m x 4m. Also on this floor is a WC, a garage to park your car and a washing machine.

 

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, one at the front of the house with an en suite shower and basin, the other at the back of the house with doors leading on to the terrace with stunning views. There is also a single room with a small tradtitional bed suitable for a child, and a dressing area with planty of storage. Bathroom facilities on this floor consist of a shower room and a seperate WC. A nice touch on this floor is the reading room - a place to relax curled up on the sofa with a book. The large terrace is a place to sit with a glass of wine soaking up the views of the vineyards.

The top floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and one shower room with WC. Lovely views from the bedroom windows.

 

Location - in the centre of Fontes which is a pretty village with a few shops and bar. Pezenas is just a 10 minute drive, and Fontes is just an easy drive to Lac Salagou. The immediate countryside is very beautiful, full of vineyards with villages dotted here and there, ideal for exploring by bicycle.

Rental rates include all utilities, pool maintenance, bed linen and bath towels. Also included is end of stay cleaning but the property has to be left in reasonable condition. 25% of rental is required to confirm booking. There is a refundable damage deposit payable with balance.
