Changeovers/Cleaning

First impressions count! We will prepare and present your property as instructed and to a high standard. As well as a thorough clean after each rental, we will check your inventory and email you within 24 hours.

A thorough clean to include: kitchen work surfaces, fridge and hob, bathroom and toilet cleaned, floors vacuumed/swept and mopped, furniture polished, mirrors cleaned, patio swept, beds stripped and made up ready for next guests. We include washing of sheets and towels in our costs. Ironing, if required, is extra.

We understand many people come to our web site to get an idea of prices, but we really do have to see each property to give an accurate quote. However, as a guideline, a standard sized 3 bedroomed property sleeping 6 will cost approximately €110. We do have to take into account the location of the property and travelling time.

Welcome Packs

Offer your guests the convenience of a welcome pack, prices from 10 euros. Something Special? If you want to provide your guests with some fresh flowers or a bottle of bubbly we can arrange this just let us know in advance. See welcome pack page for details

Meet and greet/ Key safes

A friendly face upon arrival! We will meet your guests at your property, handing over the key if necessary and showing them around. Alternatively, have a secure keysafe fitted at your property, allowing guests to let themselves in - very useful in the event of delays 

Property Maintenance

We provide a handyman service, which can be a lifesaver if something goes wrong at your property whilst you have guests in. And out of season we are available for updating kitchens, painting, tiling etc Please contact us for a quote

Personal Shopping

No, not buying your wifes Christmas present but we understand when time is short and the sun is shining the last thing you want is having to spend hours in Castorama or Darty sourcing a new washing machine/shower door etc. We will pick up the item for you, and fit it if necessary. Hourly rate applies
